Privacy Policy.
How we collect, use, and protect the information you provide through this website.
1. Who we are
Fire Venture Group Bridgeway ("FVG Bridgeway", "we", "us") is a cross-border market-entry consultancy headquartered in the United States with operations in Accra, Ghana. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.
For any question about this policy or your personal information, contact us at [email protected].
2. Information we collect
Information you give us through the contact form. The form on our Contact page collects exactly the following, and nothing else:
- Your name — required, so we know who we are replying to.
- Email address — required, and used to respond to your enquiry.
- Company — optional, to understand who you represent.
- Your role — optional, to understand your position in the decision.
- Area of interest — optional, selected from a fixed list, to route your enquiry.
- Your message — required, and containing whatever you choose to tell us.
What happens to a submission. We store your enquiry and send it to our team so we can reply. We do not add you to any mailing list unless you separately opt in.
Information collected automatically. Our web server records standard technical data with each request, including IP address, browser type, referring page, and the date and time of access. This is generated by the hosting infrastructure for security and reliability purposes.
What we do not collect. This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, does not operate user accounts, and does not process payments. We do not knowingly collect special category data, and you should not include sensitive personal information in your message.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and correspond with you about it.
- To assess whether our services fit what you are evaluating.
- To maintain a record of enquiries received.
- To protect the website against spam, abuse, and misuse.
- To comply with legal or regulatory obligations that apply to us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies to you, we rely on the following legal bases: legitimate interests, in responding to an enquiry you have chosen to send and in keeping our site secure; consent, where you have separately opted in to receive communications from us, which you may withdraw at any time; and legal obligation, where retention or disclosure is required of us by law.
5. Service providers
We use a small number of third-party providers to operate this site and handle enquiries. These providers process information only on our instructions and only as necessary to deliver their service:
- Hosting. Our website and server logs are hosted on infrastructure operated on our behalf.
- Enquiry records. Submitted enquiries are stored in a business records platform so that our team can respond and follow up.
- Email delivery. Notification and reply emails are transmitted through an email delivery provider.
- Web fonts. Typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts. Loading a page causes your browser to request font files from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request. No cookies are set by us for this purpose.
6. International transfers
We operate between the United States and Ghana, and our providers may process information in other countries. Where personal information is transferred out of the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, we take steps intended to ensure it remains protected to an equivalent standard, including relying on appropriate safeguards offered by our providers.
7. Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond, to maintain a record of the business relationship or its consideration, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes we delete it or remove its identifying details. Server logs are retained on a short rolling basis.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you; to have inaccurate information corrected; to request deletion; to object to or restrict certain processing; to receive your information in a portable format; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority — in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner's Office.
9. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information we hold, including encrypted transport for form submissions and restricted access to enquiry records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above indicates when it was last revised, and any updated version takes effect when posted on this page.
